How do I return an item?
You may return items for exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase.
- Click here to download and print a copy of our returns form. It is important that this is filled out and put inside the returned parcel.
- Create a postage label for your parcel using this link: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/2268
- Print the postage label and attach it to the parcel, remembering to include the returns form inside.
- Drop off the parcel at your local post office or arrange a RM collection (if available in your area)
If you are returning for a refund we will deduct £4 from the order for the return postage if you have used our returns label.
If you are returning an item for an exchange there will be no return or delivery charge for this.
The online returns process must be completed, which includes the need to print the Royal Mail returns label, or utilise the QR code at the post office. If you prefer to choose your own method of return we advise using a tracked service to ensure you can track the item.
Please note:
It can take a few days for your parcel to arrive back with us. Once your parcel has been delivered, we aim to process refunds within a couple of working days. You can check the tracking provided on your returns label and you will receive an email notification confirming a refund or exchange.
Exchanges will be posted back to your original shipping address, unless specified on the returns form. In certain cases stock limitations may mean we are unable to fulfil an exchange as required, in which case we will process a refund or in some cases offer an alternative.
When making an exchange if you need an item urgently we recommend placing a new order and sending the original back for a refund.
