Well, the year is nearly at an end, and what a year it’s been!
From new launches and big trade events to a bucket load of laughs (and plenty of coffee) along the way, 2025 has been a proper year of graft and growth for TuffStuff and the team.
We’ve been busy to say the least, out on the road, on the stands, in the warehouses, overseeing new products hitting the shelves, stockists expanding, and we even found time to back dangling off a cathedral tower for charity. All in a year’s work, right?
2025 meant business for TuffStuff, which meant it also came with plenty of graft, big milestones, and “Kev, grab a photo of this” moments along the way!
So, before we clock off and get into the festive spirit, let's defrost the vans and raise a glass to another year done, with a look back at the big hits for 2025, and what made this year one to remember for Team TuffStuff.
New Kit, New Levels
We kicked off the year by doing what we do best- making gear that works hard. The Proshell Jacket, Apex and Evo Trousers, Ranger Jacket, and TuffStuff Caps all landed this year, as we took our gear to the next level and expanded the top-hitting TuffStuff Range.
The Apex Flex Trousers had tradies talking before they even hit the shelves- “that much stretch, at that price?” became the phrase of the flex, and the new Ranger Jacket and Evo Trousers? Well, we can say they’ve already earned their place as site staples. It’s fair to say our new gear has landed big this year and has been pulling its weight (and then some) since.

Installer Show 2025
You might remember when TuffStuff took on the NEC for the Installer Show back in June? And if you were at the Show this year, you probably spotted us (or heard us!) Three packed days of meeting customers, trading banter, and putting the new range to the test reminded everyone why TuffStuff workwear is a fan favourite- with the TuffStuff Tavern, bucket hats and punching machine proving a big hit, too (quite literally!)

Each Abseil
You may also remember rewinding to August, when TuffStuff swapped work clothing for cathedrals and backed the Each Abseil in aid of East Anglia’s Children’s Hospice. Raising over £18,000 for an incredible cause, we were proud to be the headline sponsor for such an important purpose in our local community and grateful for the chance to put our name behind something that makes a real difference.

Growth, Graft, and Getting Organised
Behind the scenes, the hard graft’s been paying off too. We secured exciting new planning permission to expand our warehouse, build brand-new offices and even a showroom (swanky, we know!) Setting the stage for big TuffStuff things on the way.
And if that wasn’t enough, our second warehouse got a serious upgrade, with racking capacity jumping from 432 to 1,212 pallets and giving us the room we need to keep up with rising demand! With more stockists on board, including big names like ITS, our reach is growing- and is stronger than ever.

A serious upgrade for our second warehouse..
County Building Supplies Trade Mornings
This one was all about getting out there and meeting the people who wear our kit every day. Over six Trade Mornings across Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Gloucestershire, Mark McGovern and Rob took on the crowds, running our now-famous six-dart challenge and handing out bucket hats for anyone brave enough to have a go.

Hitting Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Gloucestershire one breakfast at a time.
After several busy days helping sell direct to the builders and promoting TuffStuff to their customers, County have since gone all-in with TuffStuff, dropping the competition and backing us exclusively. Proof that good gear (paired with darts and a good laugh) can go a long way!
NBG Conference & Exhibition
Last but not least, we wrapped up the year in Glasgow at the National Buying Group LLP annual conference, which is the biggest event of its kind for independent builders’ merchants across the UK (so no pressure!) It was the perfect chance to display and launch all of our new lines in one place to over 300 independent builders' merchants, and also walk away with a new four-year deal in the bag!

A solid showing at the NBG Conference and Exhibition.
After back-to-back renewals, that’s three successful terms in a row, we’re super proud of just how much trust TuffStuff has built across the industry.

Just the Beginning: Tune in For Part Two
It’s easy to talk about growth and launches, but what really matters to us is seeing our kit out there on-site, worn by real people and doing what it was designed to do. The best feedback we’ve had this year? Retailers reporting sell-through weeks ahead of forecast, especially on our stretch ranges. That tells us everything we need to know, and we can rest assured the kit’s working just as hard as the people wearing it!
From the Apex and Evo Trousers flying off shelves to site expansions and trade mornings, 2025 has been one for the books, with big wins, big graft, and even bigger plans for next year.
And we’re not done yet -this is just the beginning! Tune in for our next post: “The Highs, Lows and Laughs of 2025,” where we’ll share the stories from behind the scenes, a few lessons learned, and the moments that made us stop, laugh, and keep going.
Here’s to a 2026 packed with more progress, more partnerships, and plenty more gear that grafts! And don’t forget to tune in for part two!
Gear up. Get on. Get it done.
